White ceramic saucer has a round footed base with deep curved sides. The rim is painted with silver luster. Around the inside body of the saucer is a maroon circle with blue dots around it and leaves and feathers coming from the top and bottom. An orange plant also extends beyond the top and bottom of the circle. Inside the circle there are three stacked orange circles with scalloped lines on either side. Around the indentation for a cup there is a silver luster circle. On the bottom of the saucer is a white sticker that reads "Silver luster / + color scrolls / hand painted / No. 68." The saucer was made between 1820-1840 in England.
