Pepper shaker dates from 1936-1955. The shaker has a screw-on cap made of stainless steel that is pierced with ten holes. The body is made of molded clear glass. It has an octagonal base and straight sides. An oval red-and-white sticker on the bottom reads "ANCHOR HOCKING GLASS CORP. / LANCASTER, OHIO." The Ohio Historical Society received this item from White Castle System, Inc. of Columbus, Ohio, in 1995.
