ROBERT S. FLETCHER is associate professor of history at

Oberlin College, Oberlin, Ohio.

W. SHERMAN SAVAGE, Ph.D., Ohio State University, 1934,

is head of the Department of History at Lincoln University, Jef-

ferson City, Missouri.

ALTA HARVEY HEISER, who has done work at the University

of Cincinnati, writes nature and historical articles for the Hamil-

ton (Ohio) Journal-News and does genealogical research.

JOSEPHINE E. PHILLIPS of Marietta, Ohio, is a research

worker in early Ohio history.

RUSSEL B. NYE, A.B., Oberlin College, 1934, is an assistant

instructor in the Department of English at the University of Wis-

consin, specializing in American literature and language.

JAMES H. RODABAUGH, Ph.D., Ohio State University, 1937,

is instructor in history at Denison University, Granville, Ohio.

JOHN O. MARSH, M.A., Ohio State University, 1931, is

curator of history of the Ohio State Archaeological and Histori-

cal Society.

Reprints.

Reprints of any paper published in the Ohio State Archaeo-

logical and Historical QUARTERLY may be obtained by the con-

tributor. Estimate of the cost will be furnished on request, and

the request should be made to the editor before the issue con-

taining the article is to be published.

Publications.

For a number of years the Society has been publishing mono-

graphs on historical, archaeological and natural history subjects

as related to Ohio. Many of these are the only available sources

of reliable information on the subjects treated and consequently

are desirable additions to any library. In 1936 the Secretary is-

sued a revised list of the publications then available which will be

sent free to interested parties.

The following list represents the volumes thus far issued and

contemplated in the Ohio Historical Collections series. These
