ceived letters from two members of the
Committee,
which he would place on file.
NOMINATION AND ELECTION OF TRUSTEES
Mr. George F. Bareis, for the Committee
on Nomi-
nations reported that the Committee
recommended the
election of Doctor W. O. Thompson,
Columbus; General
Edward Orton, Jr., Columbus, and
Colonel Webb C.
Hayes, Fremont, to succeed themselves as
Trustees of
the Society.
Mr. Bareis moved
That the Secretary cast the Ballot of
the Society for the three
gentlemen named.
Carried.
Secretary Galbreath cast the ballot of
the Society
for Doctor W. O. Thompson, General
Edward Orton,
Jr., and Colonel Webb C. Hayes, who were
declared
duly elected Trustees for the term of
three years.
At this point the meeting adjourned, to
reconvene at
two o'clock.

President Johnson called the meeting to
order.

The Tours Committee and the Membership
Committee are
so nearly parallel in the purposes and
identical in their members,
that I am taking the liberty of offering
