After the analysis, archaeologists communicate the information they have gained to other scientists and to the public through articles, books, and exhibits. The collections are maintained so they will be available for future research.

Many of the people in the photographs on this website are volunteers. The skills that they have developed while working with archaeologists make them a valuable asset to any excavation or laboratory project.
